About Us

Halospace Foundation

is a 501(c)(3) community-focused nonprofit tech company based in Portland, Oregon.

Established in March 2020 to provide technology-focused resources, infrastructure, education, and coordination for the community.

During our first year and a half of operation, we have established various forms of public support with a focus toward the unhoused:

• Financial assistance and fundraising support for community members in need.
• Community Cellular Program: Providing free cell phones & data plans, paid for by donations and discounted plans.
• Mutual aid coordination, purchasing, and distribution.
• 3D-printed PPE & COVID-safe installations for hospitals, local businesses, and individuals.
• Interfacing with Portland City government bureaus to acquire grants & supplies for the community.
• Multimedia & streaming support for members of the local independent media and citizen journalists.
• Social media-based independent press reporting of local events in the Portland & the Pacific Northwest areas.
